Looking for an unforgettable high school travel program? Our June & July programmes coincide with some NZ winter school holidays, so join our Fijian family for the break! Only 3 hours from Auckland, experience Fijian life first hand and contribute to service projects that bring us to the heart of the local community. On our teen volunteer programmes, you will take part in local service projects, live locally in a community homestay, learn about Fijian culture and soak up the sunshine while snorkeling (or diving!), trekking to hidden waterfalls, and spying on spinner dolphins. Fiji is paradise in the Pacific, complete with volcanic mountains, coral reefs, waterfalls, hiking trails, and single lane dirt roads that transport us back to a simpler time. Experience impactful service and adventure on our Fiji Programmes:

We partner with communities and organisations and work alongside local professionals to create impactful and creative service work. We aim to work with a community, and not for a community that makes an impact on both the student, and our partner organisation. We work on building initiatives, with local children in schools and environmental sustainability. Previous projects include:

• Teaching Maths and Geography in Fijian schools
• Painting community buildings
• Building concrete pathways to improve access to community buildings
• Replanting coral to encourage reef restoration

Our leaders are the heart and soul of our programmes. Their responsibilities are varied; they are instructors, leaders, facilitators, friends, fellow students, and role models to our participants. We hand select exceptional leaders with diverse backgrounds and complimenting skill sets. A program director will be present on all of our programmes, and all leaders will have (at a minimum):

• Advanced First Aid Training
• Be over the age of 23
• Outdoor leadership qualifications
• Trained under our Qualmark-accredited Safety Management Plan
